Kicking off at 6:30pm Friday, Krampus Asbury Park is a two-day annual event that transform the downtown into an Alpine Village.

Krampus is the evil counterpart to Santa Claus, according to German & Austrian folklore from the 15th century. Krampus punishes bad kids on "Krampusnacht", which falls on December 5th.

This weekend's event is hosted by Paranormal Books and Curiosities on Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park.

  • 6:30pm - Pictures with Yeti & Krampus at Paranormal Books & Curiosities – proceeds benefitting the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
  • 7:30pm - Film Festival at The ShowRoom [707 Cookman Ave] – screening of the #KrampusAP contest shorts

Saturday 12/3
