Grab a kite and make your way to the 3rd Ave beach at Ortley Beach on Saturday, July 15th at 6p for Kites and Cones Family Fun Night

Organizers are asking participants to bring their own kite, but kites will be available.There will also be music, prizes and of course....Ice Cream!
