The 5-4 Jets take on the 4-5 Broncos tonight at 8 PM on 105.7 The Hawk. Here are the keys to New York coming back home with a road victory in Denver.

-Tacking: Denver ran it 55 times last week against Kansas City. Their new read-option attack is designed to confuse and punish defenses. Missed tackles are unacceptable tonight.

-Blocking Von Miller: There are plays to be made from Mark Sanchez to his outside weapons tonight...if the offensive line blocks Broncos rookie linebacker Von Miller. The young pass rusher from Texas A&M has eight sacks. New York gave up five last week.

-Depth: The short week leaves Gang Green at less than full strength. LaDainian Tomlinson and Jeremy Kerley will not play due to injuries. It's time for Joe McKnight to step up as a running back.

-Alertness: Darrelle Revis warned against falling asleep in the secondary when Denver is running the ball play after play. He and his counterpart, Antonio Cromartie, need to be alert for the deep ball when they least it expect it. Tim Tebow only completed two passes last week, but one was a 56-yard bomb for a touchdown.
