Booktowne and Fratello’s Restaurant are hosting a book launch and food party to celebrate the release of "The Jersey Shore Cookbook", a new book from Deborah Smith.

Smith is the executive editor of JerseyBites, founder of Jersey Shore Restaurant Week and now author. Smith wrote the cookbook to feature the iconic restaurants and dishes that area has to offer. Smith got recipes from the finest local chefs and restaurants along with gorgeous photos of the dishes and the Jersey Shore.

On Tuesday, April 12th at 6:30pm, Fratello's in Sea Girt will host a book launch party. A ticket gives you admission to a private party and author discussion, a tasting menu hand selected by Fratello’s (including their signature dish, Oyster Gratinee), a drink ticket and copy of the cookbook!
