POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ – WE’RE OPEN! That’s what the sign will soon say at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk.  Three months after the worst storm to hit the Jersey Shore, one of the area’s most popular attractions is ready to start opening their doors. Beginning February 1st, Jenkinson’s Aquarium, Aquarium Gift Shop and Sweet Shop will be open to greet customers. The Pavilion Arcade, Frank’s Fun Center, Jenkinson’s South Arcade and Pavilion Fast Food will open on Saturday, February 2nd.   “It’s been quite a lot of work but we have a great crew here. We can’t wait to greet our customers when we reopen,” said Toby Wolf, spokeswoman for Jenkinson’s.  “We have cheered for every reopening we have seen on the Shore in the last few months and we are proud to finally make our own announcement.”

Work will continue in some areas of the property to ensure everything will be fully operational for the Summer of 2013.  The Amusement Park is already preparing by bringing back the rides that were removed from the boardwalk prior to the storm. The 2 for 1 Ride Ticket sale will be held as usual Easter Weekend, March 29th thru 31st both online and in person.

This is great news!! First thing that comes to my mind is the return of "Boss of the Sauce". Pretty soon after that, the beaches will be open once again.
