Eric Wang, a professional photographer from Cherry Hill, organized a "High Society Beach Shoot" at Island Beach State Park. Amateur photographers paid $108 to take part in the shoot, which featured models posing on the restricted dune areas of the beach.

Not only was the shoot taking place in restricted areas, but Wang neglected to obtain a special permit for commercial uses in the park.

The group was spotted on the dunes just north of Area 21 in the park, just north of an area that is currently closed due to a nesting endangered piping plover.
