Is The Beach Bar Coming Back to Seaside Heights, NJ?

I was walking on the Seaside Heights boardwalk this past weekend, and I noticed that something is coming back to the spot where the Beach Bar used to be.

I'm assuming that it is the Beach Bar, but I could be wrong because there was nothing at the site to tell me exactly what is being built.

In my opinion, it doesn't matter to me what is going to be there, it's just good to see more rebuilding on the Jersey Shore
