Yankees catcher of 17 years, Jorge Posada officially announced his retirement today. He finished his career with a .273 batting average, 275 home runs, and 1065 runs batted in (RBIs) during his career. Posada was a five-time All-Star, won five Silver Slugger Awards, and was on four World Series championship teams.
