Howell Police continue their search for suspects from an armed robbery early Wednesday morning around 2:30 am on Sequoia Court where two men looted a Gucci handbag at gunpoint and fled in a silver SUV.

The 27 year old victim called 9-1-1 to report he was the victim of an armed home invasion.

Police say one of the two suspects that entered the residence was armed with a handgun with a flash light and a laser mounted to it.

As the victim tried to defend himself, he was assaulted by one of the suspects who was encouraged by the other suspect to shoot the victim.

He did not do so and no shots were fired.

Polcei say the two suspects ransacked the residence in an apparent attempt to look for specific items that they had knowledge may have been there.

They stole a Gucci handbag and fled in a grey/silver SUV.

The victim sustained a minor injury.

The first suspect is described as a white male believed to be in his early 20's, thin build, approximately 5'11" wearing a black ski mask.

The other suspect is described as a light skinned Hispanic male with big lips, bushy eye brows, 5'8" between 195-200 lbs, wearing an orange wool ski mask with one hole exposing the center of his face.

Based upon evidence retrieved from inside the residence, police believe this is an isolated but intentional incident specific to this location or the victim.
