    Staying hydrated is important all the time, but moreso in the summer. The hotter it is, the more you sweat, and the more you need to refill your internal water supply.

    Keep Your Food Cool

    There aren't a ton of great cold dinners, but Lifehacker has some good suggestions. You can also keep the heat out of the house by cooking outside. Obviously cooking outside puts you in the heat, but at least you can cool down when you get back in.

    This Japanese YouTube clip shows an interesting way to quickly cool down your oven-like car. I tried it today and was surprised to see it actually felt like it made a difference.
