Hair bands are one of the genres of music we celebrate every week here on the Saturday Night Slaughterhouse. For those hair band fans, there is a new documentary in the works that you are surely going to want to see.  According to Ultimate Classic Rock, the crowdfunded documentary is entitled 'Hair I Go Again,' and revolves around interviews about a famed glam band that is trying to resuscitate their failed careers by convincing the bands that were their inspiration to allow them to open a show for them.

The tag line for the move is: “Two middle-aged guys. One lifelong dream. Zero chance in hell.” You can view the first trailer below.

The two-minute clip includes appearances by an wide range of musicians, including members of Motorhead, Tesla, Quiet Riot and many more — and that's just the tip of the iceberg with the rock interviewees, which also includes members (or  ex-members) of Winger, Motley Crue, Great White, Queenscryche, Ratt, Warrant, Dokken, Dio, and others.

The first movie to ever poke fun at a group of failing musicians was the cult-favorite "This is Spinal Tap" and last time we checked, that did fairly well, so we're hoping for similar results from this documentary. While no release date has been set as of yet, you can keep up to date with the progress on the flick's official website.
