Good Samaritan Leaves Waitress a $1,000 Tip to go to Italy

Tumblr

With all the bad news we hear about daily, sometimes we just need a feel good story, and here it is.

There are still some really good people out there, like the person who left a waitress $1,000 tip so she could visit Italy.

According to the fw.com, the man apparently did not want any attention for his generosity, and left the tip on the check quietly after hearing the waitress tell him her family was from Italy but she’d never been able to visit the country herself.

Oh, and don’t forget the Hawk can be a Good Samaritan, too. Send us your photo for your own shot at the ultimate tip of $1,000 in our Hottest Bartender Search.

You’re welcome. :-D
