Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant on Tuesday was honored as winner of the 2013-2014 NBA Kia Most Valuable Player Award.

Durant, who already has a full mantle of trophies, including 2008 Rookie of the Year, four scoring titles in his first seven NBA seasons, five-time all star, four-time all-NBA first team and Olympic gold medalist, gave what many are calling the most inspirational MVP speech ever given.

It's a 10-minute speech, but it's definitely worth your time to watch it to see what Durant went through on his way to the NBA.
