I got tagged in one of those Facebook things, asking me to list 15 movies that will always stay with me...not necessarily my 15 favorite, or the 15 greatest, but 15 that just stay with me for whatever reason. Consider this me tagging you, leave your own list!

These are in no specific order, pretty much just how they popped into my head. Some are comedies, some are dramas, some are foreign, but they're all movies that have cemented their place in my memory. This is the second part of my list, and remember, these are in no specific order from best-to-worst or anything, just movies that have stuck with me.

Last week I gave you Part One of this list, here is the sequel!

The Shining

My all-time favorite horror movie. It disturbed me the first time I saw it, and every subsequent time I notice another small detail that just adds to the greatness.

That Thing You Do!

This is one of those movies where I practically have the script memorized. It's the kind of movie that makes me want to start a band every time I watch it.

Once

A beautiful and heart-breaking love story, set to music. Everything about this movie cut straight to my heart, and I'm not sure I've ever healed from the first watch.

Synecdoche, New York

Maybe one of the saddest movies I've ever seen. A story within a story within a story within a story and so on...Philip Seymour Hoffman is wonderful as a writer trying to get every detail of his life into his work.

Clue

I'm always shocked that this movie isn't in the typical lists of "Best Comedies".  When I saw it as a kid, I enjoyed all the slapstick...as I aged I started to get the double-entendres, and I laugh every time.

Reservoir Dogs

I love everything from Tarantino, and when I stack them all against each other, Reservoir Dogs always comes out on top.

Wet Hot American Summer

A semi-obscure comedy with a fantastic cast and perfect writing. It's a style of comedy that might not appeal to everyone, but it hits me just right.

Shaun of the Dead

The horror-comedy genre has been trending lately, but I think this is the finest example. It's not just a spoof of zombie movies, nor just an homage. It's a movie that has both genuinely funny moments and genuinely scary moments.
