The complaint filed Tuesday includes use of weapons of mass destruction, bombing of a public place, destruction of property by fire or explosive, and use of a destructive device during a crime.

Rahami still faces attempted-murder counts in New Jersey, related to the Monday shootout with five police officers in Linden moments before his arrest.

In a Tuesday teleconference following a briefing with federal investigators, shore Representative Tom MacArthur (R-3) relayed that agents tied Rahami to all three sites through forensic and photographic evidence.

Rahami continues to convalesce from bullet wounds he incurred during his confrontation with police.
