People have strong opinions about Edward Snowden, the 29-year-old guy who revealed details about the data-collecting programs of the National Security Agency.

According to nbcnews.com, he told The Guardian that he enjoyed a really comfortable life, but that it was married by increasing disillusionment with government intrusion into the private lives of U.S citizens.

"I don't want to live in a society that does these sort of things … I do not want to live in a world where everything I do and say is recorded. That is not something I am willing to support or live under," he said.

Do you think he did the right thing or not?

If not, what should his punishment be?
