Tool is notoriously slow when it comes to recording and releasing new music. On Saturday, the band released an image via Facebook saying that former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar would replace Maynard James Keenan, in order to speed things up.

The next day, the official Instagram account of Puscifer (MJK's other band) showed a picture of the wine intake that may have led to the idea for this April Fool's prank.
