You know that boss that just can't be pleased?

So does a daycare teacher in Florida.

She's a woman who put out a fire and made sure the children under her care were safe but was fired for breaking one of the rules.

The fw.com reports that Michelle Hammack walked into the kitchen at the Little Temples Childcare facility last week and noticed flames coming from the oven.

She returned to her classroom, woke up her napping children, and led them outside to safety.

Then she went back inside to make certain there were no kids left in the building, and put the fire out herself before firemen even arrived.

The next day she was fired by the owner of the daycare for leaving the room where the children were sleeping.

Couldn't they simply have given her a warning?

After they thanked her for being a hero?

What do you think?
