As part of the tribute to the Beatles 50th Anniversary since they appeared on the Ed Sullivan show on February 9, 1964, David Letterman will chat with the two remaining icons of The Fab Four.

According to radio.com:

CBS has announced that The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles will feature an interview with McCartney and Starr conducted by  the current tenant of the Ed Sullivan Theater, David Letterman.

Letterman actually interviewed them on February 4th, without a studio audience, but it will air on the upcoming The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles on Sunday, February 9 at 8 pm ET, 50 years to the day and time that the Beatles made their debut.
