Chris Squire at 65: Cruising to the Edge in a Yes Spring Tour

Yesman Chris Squire celebrates a birthday today, born on March 4th, 1948 in London, England.

"Cruise to the Edge", sailing out of Ft. Lauderdale to Grand Cayman and Jamaica, kicks off later this month.

It's being billed as:

"....more than a concert cruise, this is an interactive experience with some of the giants who have built Progressive Rock!"

Other artists on the cruise include Steve Hackett - Genesis Revisited, Carl Palmer Band, andTangerine Dream.

The band just began their spring tour on the 1st and will play three albums a night in their entirety for the first time on stage: The Yes Album, Close to the Edge and Going for the One.

According to billboard.com, Chris says he expects the band to hit the studio this fall to record a follow-up to 2011's "Fly From Here."

It's their 21st album, but the first with singer Jon Davison.
