Chick-fil-A and Shake Shack Coming To The Parkway

Usually the food at highway rest stops is...not great. The new Monmouth Service Area near Exit 100 is looking to change that reputation by bringing in great eateries like Chick-fil-A, Shake Shack, Auntie Anne's, and Starbucks.

Don't get too excited though, because the rest stop building's renovation won't be completed until May 2019. During that time, food, fuel, and bathroom facilities will be unavailable, and drivers will have to stop at the Forked River Service Area 24 miles south of Monmouth or the Cheesequake Service Area 24 miles north.
