Cataldo’s Cuisine – Bank on Mattison [VIDEO]

This week we check out a very cool restaurant with some serious bragging rights!

If Asbury Park's Bank on Mattison sounds familiar, it's because they are the winners of 2014's Restaurant Madness competition!

Bank on Mattison sits in a building at 649 Mattison Ave. that once housed, you guessed it, a bank. That sets the scene for a cool dining experience, featuring New American cuisine done by executive chef Roy Rollins.

Rollins says he wants people to come in and be able to get a little bit of everything, from pizza to steaks to what he calls their signature dish, teriyaki chicken meatballs (so goooood!).

It's also a great place to hang out, with live bands and DJs really making it a nightlife hot spot in Asbury.

My favorite feature of Bank on Mattison? There's a speakeasy hiding away in the bank's old vault. (Shh.)
