It was all about and for our wounded sevicemen and women on Wednesday night as Bruce Springsteen and Roger Waters performed at the annual Stand-Up for Heroes Benefit.

Ultimateclassicrock.com reports that comedians Jon Stewart, Bill Cosby and Jerry Seinfeld opened the show, which took place at Madison Square Garden Wednesday night and aired live online.

Stand Up for Heroes is presented by the Bob Woodruff Foundation and raised $5 million dollars to support our wounded warriors with this latest event, which is a new record.

To date, the events have raised 21 million dollars.
