(For the record, those are NOT my feet) So after 2 months of non-stop taste tests of pasta, meatballs, seafood, and MORE pasta from great restaurants, and then the culmination of over 3 hours of eating food at "Boss of the Sauce", it is time to do something about this belly!

I have to be honest. It's not really that bad,  BUT I do have a gut I would like to see shrink a bit. I weigh approx. 153 lbs. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs. That's all. But I need a little help.

This is where the lovely Christina comes in. She is a personal trainer, and I am going to her for some guidance.

For the record. I AM NOT VERY COMMITTED! I'm not looking to start a new diet routine, or go crazy counting calories, but I just want to learn some good Ab exercises and see where that takes me.

This will be my attempt to get into shape the LAZY way. Will it work? I don't know,  I'm figuring just doing "Ab" workouts has to be better than nothing right?

I will weigh myself officially either tonight or tomorrow, (remember I'm not that committed) and we'll see how I do.

Any suggestions on some good Ab exercises? Please help?
