Colorado and Washington state are thinking they might see a boon in tourism, giving new meaning to the term Rocky Mountain High and the Washington state slogan, "Say WA!, which has now been changed to "Say WAAAAA??"

I'm sorry, I felt forced to go there.

According to an article following the legalization of pot in two states:

"Tourists may not be able to pack their bowls along with their bags, but as long as out-of-state tourists purchase and use the drug while in Colorado or Washington, they wouldn’t violate the marijuana measures."

Don't make your plane reservations just yet though. The article goes on to say that the recreational marijuana measures might not take effect at all.

Last Friday (November 9) the states began awaiting word on possible lawsuits from the U.S. Department of Justice asserting federal supremacy over drug law.
