Police were called to Sixth Avenue in Asbury Park when contractors working on a home found bones underneath the porch. The house was once the home of serial killer Richard Biegenwald.

Police were investigating around the front porch, sifting through sand and moving bricks while placing items into brown paper bags.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office says the bones could be animal remains and they are being tested by the medical examiner.
