News broke earlier today that Black Sabbath not only will be out with new music in 2013 but they have a name for the album and a release date.

According to Ozzy Osbourne's Twitter account, Black Sabbath's new album will be entitled '13.' The release date for '13' will be sometime in June.

The original members of Sabbath Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler on bass have been recording the majority of the album in Los Angeles. Original drummer Bill Ward has not been involved in the album, rather, the band has been working with Rage Against the Machine drummer Brad Wilk.

The new album was delayed last year due in part to Tony Iommi being diagnosed with Lymphoma.

 

Black Sabbath have also announced a number of tour dates for 2013, beginning with in Australia and it will also include a headlining spot on this year’s Ozzfest in Japan. More dates are expected to be announced shortly.
