Ben Affleck took on Bill Maher regarding radical Islamic fundamentalism, and it got heated.

It happened on Friday, when the two began to spar over the issue.

Maher's point was that fundamentalist views are highly prevalent in predominantly Muslim societies, and that often Western liberals give them a pass on it.

Affleck disagreed, saying that Maher was stereotyping 1.6 billion people based on the actions of a minority.
