Bella Terra – Boss of the Sauce 2013 Tasting

Boss of the Sauce is back!!! This is our 10th year, and once again we are going to find out which restaurant on the jersey Shore has the BEST red based tomato sauce.

Of course once again WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Join us at Jenks in Point Pleasant Beach on Monday April 22nd to sample food from over 20 restaurants, and crown a restaurant “Boss of the Sauce”

Well Bella Terra Retirement Community in Jackson wants to change all that!

Mike Booth and Chef Steve stopped by the Hawk's Nest to have us sample some of their sauce.

So you're probably wondering what a retirement community is doing in Boss of the Sauce? It's simple. They just want to be part of the community and give back to the residents of Ocean County.

Chef Steve is no rookie either. He has worked in some of the top kitchens in NYC and has traveled around the globe and spent some time with some of the top chefs in the world.

He is READY to put his sauce up against all of the restaurants participating in Boss of the Sauce
