Barnacle Bill’s Will be Ready for Memorial Day Weekend

Facebook

The miniature golf course that became yet another victim of Sandy, with poor old Bill getting knocked down and laid out, is being revived in Ortley Beach just in time for the holiday weekend!

The story of renewal made it to “CBS Sunday Morning” on May 19th, with Bill Geist talking to the guy who’s making sure the golf course is ready to go this coming weekend (that would be Glenn Lynn, who’s designed more than 400 mini-golf courses in his career).

Check out the video of the story of a great comeback from the superstorm!

By the way, Bill fell but did not die in Sandy’s fury, and he’ll be back standing guard over the golf course once again. :-)
