Alice Cooper at 66: Ready to Join Motley Crue on Their Final Tour

Happy birthday to Alice Cooper, who was born on February 4, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan.

Alice will take to the road with Motley Crue this July for the Crue's farewell tour.

The tour hits Holmdel at the PNC Bank Arts Center on August 30th.

He's also been at work recording a new album (due out this spring), according to blabbermouth.net:

"I decided to cover all my dead drunk friends. All the guys I used to drink with, we had a drinking club called the Hollywood Vampires. And so I'm covering Harry Nilsson, John Lennon, Keith Moon, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, THE SMALL FACES, T. REX."

Alice talks about some crazy fan mail he gets, and yes, even he can be shocked and disgusted.
