A Wintry Quick Hit Of Snow

New Jersey is due for another quick hit of snow during the early morning hours early Tuesday morning.

An inch of light powdery snow will fall  between 12midnight and 3AM throughout New Jersey developing west-to-east, with a total accumulation of 1- 1.5 inches that should be out of the area by 8AM.

There could be localized areas of heavier snow that leaves higher amounts. The snow will stick to untreated surfaces with areas of slippery travel overnight.

Forecasters expect yet another bout of light snow to fall early Wednesday.
